Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items showing signs of use, damage, or modification may not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@denisejamescorp.store with your order number, the reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable). Our team will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund once we verify the issue. Please include clear photographs of the product and packaging when submitting your request.

Refunds Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom or made-to-order items, final sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may already be in processing or transit and cannot be canceled.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card company. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@denisejamescorp.store.
