Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule. Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Additional shipping fees may apply to oversized items or deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. These charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Delivery Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and specialized freight services for large furniture items. For oversized or modular sofas, a scheduled delivery may be required, and you will be contacted by the carrier to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Delivery Instructions

Missed or Delayed Deliveries
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier may attempt redelivery or leave a notice with instructions. Denise James Corp is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, missed delivery appointments, or weather disruptions.

Damaged Items During Transit
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your sofa arrives damaged or with missing parts, contact us within 48 hours at support@denisejamescorp.store with photos and a description of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem, whether that means sending a replacement, repair part, or refund.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping or deliveries to APO/FPO addresses.
